By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS communications from Skytree Property Management, you consent to receive text messages related to your property management account, lease, maintenance requests, payment reminders, and other service-related communications.

Message and data rates may apply. Skytree Property Management is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier related to receiving SMS messages.
4. Opting Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Skytree Property Management. You will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications. You may also manage your preferences through the resident portal.
